Tartan Fabric
Tartan fabric, also known as plaid, is a pattern consisting of criss-crossing horizontal and vertical bands in two or more colours. This densely woven fabric was originally made of wool but now it's made from different materials. Tartan has been around since the 16th century and is mostly associated with Scotland. It has gained popularity globally because it can be made into any style including skirts, dresses, shirts, jackets, blankets, suits and more.
